Making our county a better place

The Crawford County Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization created in 2001 to support the people and projects that make our communities stronger. With representation from Cuba, Steelville, and Bourbon, our Board of Directors works to ensure local dollars stay local by funding initiatives that reflect the unique needs, hopes, and values of our region.

Our Vision & Mission

Crawford County Foundation (CCF) is made up of local women and men who care deeply about making a difference. Together, we work to build a stronger future for our county — one project, one partnership, and one person at a time.

  • We connect people and organizations. Through collaboration and shared vision, we help bring ideas to life and support those committed to serving others.
  • We give back. Our members contribute time, resources, and heart by offering encouragement, support, and educational opportunities that uplift our communities.
  • We support local nonprofits. Each year, we award grants to charitable organizations that align with our mission and meet our funding criteria.
  • We invest in our towns. From Cuba to Steelville to Bourbon, we focus on the places we call home by strengthening Crawford County from the inside out.
